Neelam's The Grand is located just 10 minutes' walk to Calangute beach, one of the most famous beaches of Goa. Spread over 8000 square metres, the hotel is set up in a cluster of four imposing buildings with a large inviting swimming pool in the centre. There are four catagories of rooms available at the Grand, which are Superior Rooms, Superior Deluxe Rooms, Superior Suites and Deluxe Suites.

All air conditioned rooms and suites are equipped with large 32" LCD satellite linked televisions, minibar fridges, tea coffee makers, electronic safes and duvets. Well appointed ensuite bathrooms have hot water , hair dryers and vanity mirrors. Most of the suites have their own private balconies.
