In their rustic homes watch the women’s nimble fingers weave spiraling lengths of coir rope using coconut husk. Follow your nose to the sleepy village – Canaguinim- the wafting aroma of brewing Feni, the spirit of Goan life.
Drive through the winding roads up to the Cabo de Rama, the Southern point of defense for the Portuguese.
Stop at Agonda and let the local potter give you a hand at shaping a bit of clay. Pick up your souvenir of a day in a bye gone era.
A stop at the beach is a must- Palolem beckons! Laze in the sun or enjoy a dip in the cool blue sea, while a special lunch of local delicacies is served in traditional Goan cookware.
After a leisurely lunch, a short stop at a Rubber Plantation and then drive forward in time.
