Detailed Itinerary

Day – 1

Pick-up starts at 10.00 am from North & South Goa Hotels, Transfers by Non-A/c Coach or Car (depending on the no. of tour guests). Transfers take 45 to 70 Mins, depending on the location of the Hotels.

Train Journey at 14.25 pm - Travel Time - four and half hours by Non– A/c Local Passenger Train from Margao Railway Station to Udupi, Karnataka State. Packed lunch will be served on the Train.

Arrival at 19:00 hours at Udupi Station - you will be driven to your Resort which is 15 mins drive.

Amenities at the Resort: Twin Sharing; Non-A/c & A/c Rooms attached Bath with Hot Water  , Television,   Telephone, Room Service and Swimming Pool.  

Refresh in your room & get set to visit the Ancient Temples.  Dinner will be served in the Restaurant.  

Day-  2

After Breakfast, at 6:30am by Non A/c coach or Car – Tiger & Tusker Trail Tour begins.

Distance 61 Kms - Travel Time - 1 hour 20 mins. (Visiting Time 15 – Mins)

Agumbe Ghat:

Built by the British in 1839, 52 miles & 122 yards firm’s Shimoga. Agumbe Ghat covers fourteen Hairpin Bends to reach the topmost point and have an Eagle’s View of the entire Valley below. (9 kms)

Distance 110 kms. - Travel Time 2 and half hours.  (Visiting Time - 45 to 75 mins)

Gajanur Wild and Rouge Elephant Training Center. It takes three hours to reach the Elephant Training School due to narrow roads & speed limit.

The Elephants have to be sent to the Forest for their daily feed and their walk, so catch them at 11am to see the Elephants being bathed.

Elephant Wash:

Proceed to Tiger and Lion Reserve. (Distance 21 Kms.)

Thavarekhoppa Wild Tiger & Lion Reserve. (Re-Habitation Center)

At the Tiger Safari, pay for your Video and Still Cameras at the Main Gate. Board the Safari Coach and Drive to the safari to spot Tiger, other Animals in their Natural Habitat. 

Proceed for Lunch (1 hour). Pure Vegetarian platter will be served at a clean local restaurant.

Tea Break

Get set to a renowned lake where you can feed the fish yourself.

Return to the Hotel. Relax in your room or go Swimming.
Dinner Buffet / a la Carte at the Hotel Restaurant.

Day - 3

After Breakfast, depart to Railway Station for your Train

Journey to Goa. Arrive at Margao Railway Station.

You will be driven to your hotel in North or South Goa.
